CBSE expressed regret and said it would set up an expert committee to issue guidelines on setting question papers after a comprehension passage in the Term-1 English question paper, which contained disparaging commentary on the position of women in families, triggered a controversy and was raised in Parliament by opposition leaders on Monday.
