People in public office getting away with hurtful blabber: SC

Highlighting that people holding public office are getting away with making disparaging remarks with no mechanism to check such behaviour, the Supreme Court said it is an unwritten rule and part of our "Constitution culture" that they must maintain restraint and not "blabber something" which hurts others' sentiments.
