From January 1 onwards, people flying into India from China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Thailand will need to submit a negative RT-PCR test report before departure. The test has to be conducted 72 hours before undertaking the journey, an order issued by the Union health ministry on Thursday stated.
