Vivek and his wife Anusha returned to Mumbai from South Africa in 2021 after a 15-year gap. Accustomed to daily runs and outdoor workouts while living in Johannesburg, they went running in Mumbai too. Except that whenever they did that, they found themselves gasping within 15 minutes.
