BJP tops receipts with Rs 1,917 cr, TMC second with Rs 546 cr

The BJP's receipts soared by 154% to over Rs 1,917 crore in 2021-22 from Rs 752 crore in 2020-21, even as the Trinamool Congress secured the second spot among national parties by declaring an income of Rs 545.7 crore in 2021-22. Congress was a close third with total receipts of Rs 541.2 in 2021-22, up 89% from Rs 285.7 crore the year before.
