GST Council relief for alcohol industry inputs, millet flour to cost less

The GST Council, headed by Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, has made several decisions to provide relief and clarity on taxation. It has also decided not to tax extra neutral alcohol (ENA) and has ceded the power to tax ENA to the states.
