Champai sworn in as Jharkhand CM; 38 alliance MLAs camp in Hyderabad

After two days of political turbulence in Jharkhand due to Hemant Soren's arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and subsequent resignation from the chief ministership, the situation resolved on Friday at noon. Champai Soren, a seasoned member of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and MLA from Seraikela, was sworn in as the state's 7th Chief Minister, along with two ministers.
